Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

I have been going to regularly to Fran to have my waxing done and since the first day I had my first wax with Fran she has consistently made me feel at ease, being very friendly whilst being professional. Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great. I would really recommend Bianka, I am only visiting Bath for a few days, but it would definitely be my place of choice for all beauty needs if I lived here.

Professional service pleased with the wax and tint

I won a free light full body massage with Marie. Lovely warm room in the back of the salon. Marie was really welcoming, friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. I’ve never had a full body massage before but I felt so comfortable, relaxed and Marie is very professional. I’ve booked another full body but going to try medium pressure this time. Thank you Marie!
