I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Natalia is my eyebrows girl and she is very good at tint, wax and shape . Very nice conversations and friendly. So if you need a stop after Coscto or Superstore and get them looking great .

I had the most AMAZING experience here. It was my first time but Tony did a full set with biogel in 30 minutes and absolutely killed it🔥 we sat for a drink at their bar and the drinks did not disappoint. Would highly recommend!

I recently moved to Grimsby and today was my first time going to Lux. I had a lash tint (obsessed), eyebrow and neck wax, and a shellac manicure. Both girls who worked on me were excellent, friendly and professional, and did great work. Will definitely be going back again for more pampering!

Huge shout to Navi who is an esthetician at Lux. She is wonderful and definitely knows her craft. Had the most incredible facial. Also she did laser for me and some waxing.
