It was my first time here, and my first time getting a wax treatment. My shellac nails like look great, and Sandy was very responsive to how I wanted my nails shaped. I am a little disappointed that after a Luxe manicure, I still have dry spots on my hands: the webbing between my thumb and fingers, and under my rings, which both of us forgot that I should take off before the treatment. Also, I seem to have shellac stuck to the pad of my right index finger (I remember my finger sticking to something when I lifted it from the bottom of the UV dryer at one point)...how do I get this spot off?

Samantha was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my laser treatment. She explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions, which really put me at ease. The treatment itself was smooth and much easier than I expected. It was my first time here. The space was bright, full of people but the service was exceptionally individual. I got to choose from a large array of scents for the bath bomb for my pedicure. Hannah was great at explaining and ensuring everything felt nice and comfortable. She was very friendly and supportive when I was trying to decide what to do with my nails and no idea was 'too much'. She was kind, patient and efficient as she worked on my bio gels, that I absolutely loved. The shop is clean, the staff are friendly and I would definitely go back again!!

I came in as a last minute appointment and was wearing a short dress. Not the best planned attire for a pedicure. I had Anna as my nail tech and she was sweet enough to offer me a towel to place over my legs so it wasn’t so awkward. This was a really thoughtful touch in my mind. The pedicure was great and relaxing. Everyone in the store was very friendly. As a first time customer, I will be back. ♥️🙏🏼

Had a great experience once again. I think this was the best foot/leg massage ever!!! I had to bring my little guy amd the nail tech did a great job getting my nails done quickly but also giving me a nice lengthy foot/leg massage (my favourite part!!). Thank you! See you next time!
