Absolutely beautiful salon. On time, clean, great vibe. All the girls are so friendly and attentive. I spent the whole day there and was offered numerous drinks. Fresh air, comfy chairs, even a massage chair when you get your hair washed. They have really gone above and beyond to make it an experience when you enter the space. I don’t know another place like this in Perth!

I have received injections for wrinkles for over a decade in the US, and to say the service, professionalism, cost and results were extraordinary here at EQUINOX with Ann, is worthy of more that 5 stars. I was able to make the consultation and procedure appointment for the same day. No sales pitch. But caring input about my options and valuable suggestions. I had the Carboxy Co2 facial . Jamie was my therapist. Her touch is very therapeutic. It takes a lot for me to relax and I actually snoozed . She explained each step and what to expect post treatment . The face massage was exceptional. Will be back now I’m home in Perth again 5 ⭐️

I was disappointed that there was so much hype on your website about the ipl machine that could be used on black and white hair . I drove 80 min round trip and was told before I even sat down that it couldn’t be done because I need to grow the hair between treatments and most people can’t commit to that. On a plus note the best facial wax give ever had.

I just had lip blush done with Nikki and I'm obsessed with the results! She took the time to do a thorough colour consultation to find the perfect shade, and meticulously mapped my lip shape. She checked in with me throughout the entire process, which made me feel really comfortable and confident. The results are natural and exactly what I was hoping for. Amazing! The staff were very friendly and our appointment started on time and lasted the full two hours (1.5 massage + facial). We did the couple combo and loved it! The massage was incredible! Very thorough and obviously done by a professional. The facial was also very pleasant. Bonus points for the ginger tea and cookies at the end. So yummy!! We will be back on our next Perth visit.
