From the minute I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. Shauna is incredibly talented and has such an eye for detail. She carefully mapped out my brows, explained every step of the process, and made sure I was happy before starting. The finished result is so natural and exactly what I had envisioned – flattering and beautifully shaped. The clinic was spotless, professional and welcoming 🤍

I recently completed the brow and lash lift course and honestly it was 10/10! I had absolutely no previous experience in beauty therapy, but the training was so clear, supportive and professional that I left feeling confident and fully prepared to start offering treatments. Everything was explained in detail, the techniques were demonstrated perfectly, and I was given plenty of time and guidance to practice until I felt comfortable.
