Trynergy Salon is such a VIBE!!! From when you walk in to when you leave, you are shown EXTRAORDINARY customer service. I also LOVE the riddles. It makes each visit more fun. :) I’m also very happy with my haircut. If you ask for honesty, you are given honesty on what looks good, but if you want what you personally like, then they will do that too.

Exceptional communication skills, clean office , everything new or starilzed properly, smells wonderful , and on time ( did not have to wait to be seen.) Well prepared and organized. Zwitha is truly so great at the services she provides. I had not received a Brazilian wax in two years, so I was anxious. She was so kind and gentle, walking me through each step and constantly checking to see if I was comfortable. I always experienced slight discomfort after my appts in the past but after this one, I was feeling soothed. She gave me some tips on skin care, suggested products and gave clear and detailed instructions for aftercare and maintenance in between appointments. She was so thorough and efficient, I really appreciated her attentiveness. I can’t wait to rebook!

I am in Love with my Ombre brows! Z is the best!
