This was my second experience. First experience was 5 stars, they did a great job and kept my brows looking natural and fluffy but tidy. This time they trimmed my eyebrows without asking and made them thinner than expected. Hopefully they grow quickly as I don’t love the current shape.

I had my eyebrow mapping and threading done by Alisha today and couldn't be happier with the results. She was incredibly gentle, professional, and detail-oriented. I have very sensitive skin, but she made the whole experience comfortable and painless. My brows look fantastic, and I’m extremely satisfied. Highly recommended!
