I really needed today and I was so looking forward to my mobile appointment. I’ve had an appointment with Alex before and I knew I’d be in safe hands, I have been in pain for a long time now, even after an hour and with the laser too, WOW, I feel brand new. Ive seen Alex for the 4th time now initially for my back and shoulders and even from the first session I noticed quite significant improvement with her extensive knowledge of how the body/ muscles work weve also found other areas causing some of the issues im having that i certainly wouldn't have thought of myself, I can't thank you enough for the time and effort put in to already greatly reduce the discomfort ive been in for some time. I had an amazing sports massage with Alex and can’t recommend her enough. She has excellent knowledge from her training at Bournemouth University, and it really shows in her approach. The pressure was absolutely perfect, especially on my glutes, which felt like they’d needed that release my whole life! Alex gave me brilliant aftercare advice too, which I really appreciated. Her home studio is such a lovely, welcoming space, and I left feeling lighter, looser, and well looked after. I have booked all of my appointments for the rest of the year because she is fantastic.
