My experience at TBH has always been a positive one! The girls are so down to earth and welcoming, and never short of having a giggle with their customers - “beauty besties” is how I’d describe them! They’re online booking system is brilliant and rescheduling an appointment is just as simple! I also feel their booking terms are fair! Ive been for my lashes and tan and never had an issue, hoping to start my waxing and facial journeys with them in the not too distant future too! x

I brought my friend for a pampering afternoon before her hen do and we had an amazing time. They girls were all so friendly and accommodating. We were so relaxed the whole time and didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be returning!

We had the best time! Beatrice was fantastic from the booking moment to the treatments to keeping us informed! The spa was great, one of us really loved the steam room! We were a group of 3 in need of relaxation and we came out feeling like new people. The facial and body massages were out of this world! It also wasn’t really busy like you normally get at other spas and have to wait to use the facilities. Couldn’t recommend enough - we will be back!
