I paid for the women's hair cut that said it came with a wash and cut. Because of this I specifically didn't wash my hair that morning and just wet it enough & put some conditioner in to tame it until my appointment. I was a bit disappointed that when I got there, she didn't wash my hair before the cut but I was still charged the full price for the service with the wash. All in all Joanna was very friendly and I was very pleased with how my hair came out. She also seemed very knowledgeable on her craft and offered great suggestions for improvements on how to care for my hair.
