Claire was really friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed right away. I love my gel nails and the neck and shoulder massage was amazing, I could feel my muscles unknot and relax throughout. Highly recommend!

I was in 2 minds posting this as I dont want people taking appointments I can have 😂 An absolute gem of a place. I've had bother for 2 years with my shoulder after a bike accident. I had a deep tissue massage and honestly, I feel like a new penny. Also got a facial, gel nail polish and a magical 1 hour Thai foot massage. On top of all that every single therapist were so welcoming and made me feel at ease. I've found my go to salon. Thank you ladies. Hope you all have a lovely Christmas and I'll see you in the new year.

Very welcoming. Had a spa pedicure with gel polish. Relaxing. My bag was soaked from over flow of the water but I was offered a free brow wax because of this. Will return again

Emma-Jane was lovely and friendly. She did exactly as I asked. Candy red nails, and 2 separate blue ones for a theme I wanted for my summer trip. I recommend the red candy gel Polish shade. Had a few times before, it's so eye catching and lasts for weeks. Quality is great, I love visiting Park West it's like a family. All the staff are warm and inviting.
