It was our first time visiting the salon, Molly who did my Spa Pedicure was great, really friendly and chatty. Both girls made us feel so welcome and spoke us through the treatment. We will definitely be back, found it so relaxing and a really enjoyable experience.

Four of us went for a spa day and honestly loved it. We’d been before and had such a good time we had to go back – and this time was even better with the new spa facilities. We all had facials and back/neck/shoulder massages which were amazing, and the whole place was just so relaxing. Staff looked after us really well from start to finish. Such a great day out, we’ll definitely be back again!

What a great way to start the day! I had a spa pedicure with Ellie B and it was amazing…..so relaxing. I just love the massage chairs and Ellie is friendly and professional finding the right balance between showing an interest in you and allowing you to relax. I would definitely recommend. One of the BEST Spa's I have been too. Friendly staff, excellent facilities and spotless. The extra for me was the ice baths 💕 them. Definitely will be back and would recommend to anyone.

Treatments were amazing, possibly the best b/n/s massage I’ve ever had. They can sometimes feel quite rushed but this was really relaxing and didn’t feel rushed at all. As always, I will return to parkwest spa

Booked an offer through itison for both my wife and for two express treatments. Making the appointment was hassle free despite having to rearrange a couple of times. Jocelyn was fully understanding and very polite. Upon arriving, we were made to feel very welcome. Next came the treatments... wow. When I say the back neck and shoulder massage was needed, it was really needed. Felt fantastic after the treatments. Staff throughout our visit were very friendly and bubbly and a credit to the spa. I will not hesitate in returning for some R&R ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fabulous salon! Designer surroundings but at reasonable prices. The friendliness of the staff and owners, Mario and Michelle, the expertise in designs and a one stop shop for nails, brows and lashes. I particularly love the massage chairs at pedicure stations and the modern decor with option to select from a variety of coffees, soft drinks and snacks again all reasonably priced which makes it a truly spa like feel no matter what you are in for. It’s taken a while to find a salon I completely trust to do an exceptional job and feel comfortable in - will go nowhere else now!

A wee gem of a find in Hamilton. Lovely treatments from Chloe. Massage, arm & leg exfoliation. I was so relaxed I definitely dosed off!

I had a winter warmer package with Susan. Susan’s healing hands and frequency allowed me to dive in to a deep meditative state to the point I was snoring in wake state all through most of my spa time with her. I am an intuitive and felt I could be open with her about the stress’ I have been dealing with and why I was there. I am also a holistic therapist myself, and the package was a perfect design to leave me feeling cleansed of stress from head to toe. I would highly recommend this therapist and package if you are dealing with chronic stress in day to day life. Thank you Susan.
