We had a great morning, both ladies were really welcoming and offered us drinks on arrival and frequently after. Hot tub was amazing and gives you a water jet massage and you can connect to the speakers via Bluetooth . We then went in the gravity massage chair which was really relaxing and gives you an all over shiatsu massage. We then both opted for a full body massage which was lovely before we embarked on our afternoon tea before heading home. Location is tranquil, would recommend if you're looking for a nice package for you and your better half for a morning/afternoon of relaxation, thanks

As always, the lovely ladies at The Beauty Refinery absolutely smashed it! I am so happy with my lashes. This is the first time I’ve ever had a lash lift & tint (or anything ever done to my lashes!!) but I will returning to get this treatment in the future. My lashes are full, lifted and look very natural yet flattering. Cannot recommend this enough. The ladies at so kind and patient.

Absolutely amazing! I had a full body massage by Zofia and safe to say I will be going back again! On arrival the staff are so friendly, Zofia then took the time to ask me about any allergies etc, the massage itself was incredible- I asked for her to use some more of the time on my back if possible and she did with great pressure!
