Happy Waitangi Weekend. Patty as usual excellent masseur. Haven't been there lately becos Lockdown. Recently diagnosed frozen shoulder, so was abit hesitant. Couldn't lift my left arm fully vertical upwards to the sky as in pain. Was given exercises, did help. But needed more. And Patty massaged & manipulated my muscles around my shoulder (was sore at first...) but it was what I needed! Patty held back when I asked her to. Now, can lift my arm fully upwards. No pain, walking tall, lighter, feel refreshed. Best thing was Patty - I am very grateful for her & back for more! manipulation! xo
