I booked in with Teegan for a fat freeze. She was both friendly and professional, explaining how things worked and what to expect from the experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and she soon had me feeling relaxed and comfortable. The fat freezing itself was uncomfortable while the suction cups were attached, but this soon went away for the half hour of treatment. Teegan showed me how to manage the aftercare and explained why it is necessary, before giving me a complementary session on an exercise machine to get me started. It was a lovely experience, and I'm already planning to come bacK!

Lovely experience at Beauty Sculpting Room today. The team are so friendly and put me at ease quickly helping me overcome some nerves I had about the fat freezing treatment. Everything was well explained and I felt very looked after. I'm not used to these high tech treatments so I found it quite fun. The ladies ensured I knew about the aftercare routines and encouraged me to follow them. A great experience overall.

Tegan was so reassuring, explaining the procedure clearly. At all times she was gentle and would check to make sure I was still comfortable. She gave detailed information of how the procedure would continue working in short, medium and long term and recommended other treatment options. Overall, an excellent appointment and a positive immediate result that should improve over time. Highly recommend

Olga was very professional welcoming and has a gentle energy about her. She made me feel very relaxed in her company. I received a very gentle relaxing massage which put me into deep relaxation which I desperately needed whilst laid on the pemf mat which you don't really feel anything other than warmth. I would definitely go back again. The studio itself looks very clean and has quite a lot of things on offer! In particular I'm interested in the red light machine they have on premises it's massive one! So I think over next few weeks I shall be booking in again for another massage. 💚💚💚

I had such a great experience at Serene Skin Clinic. I’m quite scared of needles, so I was really nervous going in, but Sarah was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel at ease, explained everything clearly, and kept checking that I was okay throughout. Her calm and reassuring approach made all the difference and turned it into a really positive experience. She also carried out thorough checks afterwards and did careful touch-ups at the end to make sure everything was even. I couldn’t recommend Sarah and the clinic more! Thank you! 💋

I cannot thank Sarah enough for not only leaving my skin glowing but also relaxing my very tense neck & shoulders throughout the treatment with the best massage. Yolandi was attentive and very helpful. The reason I did not give 5/5 was because the scanning mechanism on the Body Comp machine was not working (and this was the case a month ago). I had to photo the results which was not ideal. If that was working and Yolandi had more training on the interpretation of the results I would pay £25-£35 for that particular service. Too cheap at £7.50...that just reflected the lack of attention to detail.

Sarah was amazing - incredibly knowledgeable, talked me through a treatment that was new to me and sent comprehensive aftercare instructions immediately after the appointment - she has also checked in regularly with me to check the progress of the treatment - would definitely go back!
