Had a Japanese Hair Treatment for the first time ever, it was bliss, incredibly relaxing. Having the option to see the blocked follicles before and the lovely clean head after is a bonus. Louisa really does make it special, not only the hair treatment but a face cleanse and chocolate mask, neck, shoulder, hand, and foot massage. I feel to sleep. Highly recommend it.

Had an amazing facial!!!! I recently had the Platinum Facial at KV Beauty, and it was nothing short of amazing! The facial itself felt luxurious — my skin was gently cleansed, exfoliated, and nourished with premium products that left it glowing and hydrated. I could literally feel the tension melt away during the treatment, and the finishing massage was pure bliss!! My skin looks brighter, smoother and youthful. I arrived on a cold rainy night but from stepping through the door I was in a different world with soothing background music and beautiful decor which felt like a warm luxurious hug on this cold winter's night. I was booked for my first glass skin facial. All the staff were welcoming and the friendly therapist explained every step of the process, right down to how it would feel and aftercare once I was back home. I definitely felt like I was in safe, knowledgeable hands. I left much more relaxed than when I arrived and my skin felt amazing afterwards. My first visit but it won't be my last.
