So pleased I called to book and managed to get in following a cancellation. Dermo Facial booked. Lovely atmosphere (as always) and therapist. Enjoyed the treatment especially the chocolate mask and an unexpected arm massage. Thanks Adele, I'll be back :)

Had a Japanese Hair Treatment for the first time ever, it was bliss, incredibly relaxing. Having the option to see the blocked follicles before and the lovely clean head after is a bonus. Louisa really does make it special, not only the hair treatment but a face cleanse and chocolate mask, neck, shoulder, hand, and foot massage. I feel to sleep. Highly recommend it.

I’ve been going to Megan for along time now. I’ve had lots of her treatments including facials, tinting, waxing, BIAB nails, pedicures, gel toes… she’s amazing at everything she does! She is professional, friendly and always makes me feel comfortable! I would recommend her (and I do) without a doubt! 💕

Amazing just what was needed after stress of Christmas and new year. Nothing like a hot stone massage and an amazing facial. These ladies know how to make you feel good.👏👏

Wow I loved the Korean Hydrafacial that Ciara did for me today. Not only was it super relaxing but my skin feels like new! It feels clean, tightened and hydrated. The 10 step facial is so good, I would highly recommend! Ciara explained each step of the facial, I will definitely be back for another treatment in the near future!! Thank you to Ciara for a wonderful pamper session. I feel truly spoiled. 🥰💕

Amazing experience! The head spa treatment is fantastic, and includes a lot more than most with foot mask, face mask and neck, shoulder and arm massage included. So relaxing, and a great treat for yourself. Was a little hungover and left my morning appointment completely rejuvenated, new hangover cure!

I arrived on a cold rainy night but from stepping through the door I was in a different world with soothing background music and beautiful decor which felt like a warm luxurious hug on this cold winter's night. I was booked for my first glass skin facial. All the staff were welcoming and the friendly therapist explained every step of the process, right down to how it would feel and aftercare once I was back home. I definitely felt like I was in safe, knowledgeable hands. I left much more relaxed than when I arrived and my skin felt amazing afterwards. My first visit but it won't be my last.

The Japanese head spa is a very relaxing treatment along side the mini facial well worth trying its definitely made my hair feel good

Visited today on a groupon offer for the Koran head spa and the glass facial easnt sure what to expect but all I can say is that it was amazing, the girls were so informative and talked me through everything that they were doing, the treatment room was so zen and relaxing, came away with nothing but praise for the whole experience, thankyou x

First time visiting and using the head spa. Thoroughly enjoyed the treatment and the added facial!!!

Well, what an experience today at LA Beauty today. My pre holiday pamper was absolutely exquisite. Starting with a pedicure by the multi- talented Daisy. It’s always good to catch up with Daisy and hear of her progress as the junior therapist. Today was no exception and we delved into the theory and practice of her college course. Daisy then moved on to perform miracles on my eyelashes and eyebrows shaping and tinting which she has mastered to perfection so well trained by Louisa! The piece de resistance was the facial. My what a luxurious experience so skilfull and confidently administered.

Lovely evening and way to finsh of a long day! A relaxing experience, both by Adam and Claire who completed our facial and Japanese head spa! Comfortable and relaxing facilities! Would definitely recommend and will be returning for further treatments in the future 🙌

I visited HAUS for a Japanese head spa and hydra facial and it was bliss. Such a friendly setting and I felt very welcomed. Will visit again and would recommend - thank you!!!

My skin feels like velvet after the facial, the products are just amazing! My shoulder is also feeling much better after hurting it this week. Emily knew just what to do and how to massage it back to full strength!
