So pleased I called to book and managed to get in following a cancellation. Dermo Facial booked. Lovely atmosphere (as always) and therapist. Enjoyed the treatment especially the chocolate mask and an unexpected arm massage. Thanks Adele, I'll be back :)

Had a Japanese Hair Treatment for the first time ever, it was bliss, incredibly relaxing. Having the option to see the blocked follicles before and the lovely clean head after is a bonus. Louisa really does make it special, not only the hair treatment but a face cleanse and chocolate mask, neck, shoulder, hand, and foot massage. I feel to sleep. Highly recommend it.

Amazing experience! The head spa treatment is fantastic, and includes a lot more than most with foot mask, face mask and neck, shoulder and arm massage included. So relaxing, and a great treat for yourself. Was a little hungover and left my morning appointment completely rejuvenated, new hangover cure!

Well, what an experience today at LA Beauty today. My pre holiday pamper was absolutely exquisite. Starting with a pedicure by the multi- talented Daisy. It’s always good to catch up with Daisy and hear of her progress as the junior therapist. Today was no exception and we delved into the theory and practice of her college course. Daisy then moved on to perform miracles on my eyelashes and eyebrows shaping and tinting which she has mastered to perfection so well trained by Louisa! The piece de resistance was the facial. My what a luxurious experience so skilfull and confidently administered.

Excellent care and experience from Daisy. Her knowledge, skills and attitude towards her professional practice gets better and better. Today she explained the differences between the two Thai massages with so thoroughly I made an appointment for the Thai Dumpling Massage. After today’s visit to the Salon I left feeling wonderful after a range of treatments concluding with a short spell in the Sauna suggested by Daisy. What bliss, I could feel my muscles relaxing. I left the Salon feeling on top of the world. A very big thank you Daisy and to Your Mentor Louisa.

Yet again another 2.5 hours of bliss with Daisy who is more confident and professional over the past year. Her skills doing my nails with colour blending is great and she did well today ready for my lunch outing to celebrate our 57th wedding anniversary. To top it all my eye brows and eye lashes package enhanced my new style hair cut provided by Jodie last Wednesday and my regular 6 weekly pedicure fulfilled my time spent with Daisy today. I visited La Beauty and Spa on Saturday for a hot stone back massage. As always was met with a warm welcome into a lovely warm salon on a horrible windy heavy raining day. Leonie carried out my massage was very professional, very experienced. Asked me how i would like my massage. Talked me through different options taking into account an existing shoulder problem. Came out feeling much more relaxed. Whilst there i visited the little shop within the salon . Louisa stocks all her own products but sells other people's products too, lots made in Sheffield by local craftspeople. Highly recommend

I had a wonderful time. First a back scrub and hot stone massage. Followed by the dermabrase facial with the new nourishing cleanser, renewal facial scrub and the golden glow mask. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. 5* isn't enough. Thank you Daisy and Louisa.

Had a wonderfully relaxing morning with a hot stone massage followed by a facial. Daisy even managed to reintroduce a neck to my scrunched up shoulders, which I wouldn't have believed possible! The L.E.D mask used for the facial was not what I expected - it felt very strange to have that tingling sensation, but my skin feels amazing afterwards and looks much healthier.

Wow! My first facial and loved every second. I had the L.A Combination facial which included microdermabrasion, Hifu, collagen lamp, face mask and also neck head and shoulder massage! What more could you ask for? And a great price. I have booked in for a back massage, can't wait. Thank you x

What can I say? Every visit to Louisa is perfect. I visited Saturday with extremely stressed out, face mask wearing skin that was a complete mess. Wonderful facial with beautiful products. Great experience, procedure & aftercare explained in great detail, clean, hygienic and quality products used, nice touch with aftercare info, little care card some sweeties in a little bag, would highly recommend
