I’ve never had a facial before, and I’m so glad I found Mel for my first! The entire experience was incredibly calming and relaxing. Mel has such a soothing presence and made me feel completely at ease. My skin feels amazingly soft, and I feel refreshed and recharged. I was referred to the salon by my sister for very good reason. Jazz was very welcoming and easy to talk to and her salon is very cosy. I came for a wash and blow dry as well as a hydrating and moisturising treatment and trim. The results were amazing! My hair was so soft and shiny and looked so much healthier. I will definitely be returning and can’t recommend her enough ☺️

Top quality cut and service. Clean shop, great atmosphere and no shortcuts taken. Attention to detail is different level. Booking system is smooth as well. Easily one of the best barbers in Rochester.

Excellent service, I had a bespoke Barrier Restore facial at Studio114 and the entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The treatment was tailored to my skin’s needs and felt both restorative and deeply relaxing. Every step was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. The atmosphere was calm, professional, and welcoming, allowing me to completely switch off and enjoy the experience. Found myself snoring at some point. I felt pampered throughout, and afterwards my skin felt nourished, hydrated, and visibly refreshed. Highly recommend.

Had my 1st 60 minute pregnancy massage today and I am so impressed! I was really looking forward to it and Mel truly delivered. She was so professional and lovely. A heated blanket, eye mask, spraying the room with the most gorgeous smell before and after my massage and lovely relaxing music helped me relax even more. Let alone the massage itself being amazing. I felt like I could fall asleep. Mel asked me how my pregnancy was going and also asked if there was anywhere in particular I was feeling tension and really paid attention to those areas during the massage. Thank you Mel! X

I had a Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage on my tummy followed by a facial, and honestly it was amazing. The massage felt so relaxing but at the same time I could feel it really working – my stomach felt flatter, lighter and less bloated straight after.
