Been visiting Maria at WBMR since Apr 19 for a deep tissue massage & now i make it my monthly treat, to help with tension pain from my head to my lower back down to my hands. It makes a huge difference & i feel amazingly light & relaxed after. Maria is an excellent masseuse, she is able to pinpoint muscle i didnt even know were causing an issue, with just the right amount of pressure and movement and i feel the stress & pain melting away. This was my second pregnancy massage at Wellbeing Massage Rochester and it was again exactly what I needed. Maria was friendly and professional and made me feel very relaxed very quickly. She worked on areas which she was clearly identifying as needing attention so I felt I was in good hands. Would recommend a pregnancy massage here to anyone considering booking one.
