I’ve never had a facial before, and I’m so glad I found Mel for my first! The entire experience was incredibly calming and relaxing. Mel has such a soothing presence and made me feel completely at ease. My skin feels amazingly soft, and I feel refreshed and recharged. I had the Infinite Facial and it’s the best facial I have ever had. I’ve experienced many treatments over the years, but none compare to this. Hannah is incredibly professional and demonstrated a masterful range of techniques. It is clear how much thought and care she has put into product selection and the overall facial offering. Unlike most places, the treatment felt substantial and wasn't rushed at all, it was deeply relaxing. A highlight was the neck, shoulder, and scalp massage, which was absolutely divine! Hannah made me feel at ease throughout. I will definitely be booking in again soon

Excellent service, I had a bespoke Barrier Restore facial at Studio114 and the entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The treatment was tailored to my skin’s needs and felt both restorative and deeply relaxing. Every step was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. The atmosphere was calm, professional, and welcoming, allowing me to completely switch off and enjoy the experience. Found myself snoring at some point. I felt pampered throughout, and afterwards my skin felt nourished, hydrated, and visibly refreshed. Highly recommend.

From the moment I walked in, the space felt so calm and welcoming, with soft lighting and a beautiful, relaxing aroma. The massage itself was incredible, the pressure was absolutely perfect and I left feeling completely relaxed, lighter and refreshed.
