I’ve used Beth for years and she has always been consistently excellent. She’s highly attuned to the body and intuitively knows where tension needs attention. The atmosphere she creates is calm and deeply relaxing. She’s professional yet warm and friendly, always attentive and thoughtful in her approach. You feel genuinely cared for throughout the session. It was my first time getting my nails done by Katie and I absolutely love them! From the moment I arrived she made me feel welcome and relaxed. The salon was really easy to find and she sent information over regarding the location which was helpful. Katie is so so lovely and her salon is gorgeous! A really lovely space in which to enjoy Beth's intuitive, skilful and individually designed essential oils massage. Her years of experience mean that she works round injuries or restricted movement confidently and with empathy. The only downside to this massage was that it had to end at some point!! I had an absolutely blissful experience!

A great Yoga session with Beth; she’s great at pushing you just the right amount and picking up on very subtle adjustments that are needed to your posture. Highly recommended!

A fantastic yoga one-to-one session with Beth. She is a really inspiring teacher who has taught me so much over the last few months. I have also taken part in group yoga sessions with Beth where she manages to strike the correct balance between engaging the whole group and providing some individual feedback. Highly recommended! 😊

I had a full body massage with Beth this evening! She blended some oils to suit my needs and I felt very warm and relaxed. The massage was wonderful and I was very close to falling asleep. I will definitely be back very soon. Highly recommend.

I had a Skyward Sole Ritual and can honestly say that it was the most sensational treatment I have ever had! From start to finish, Beth took her time to identify any tension I had. She provided such a relaxing space with gorgeous music, fairy lights, and delicious scents! The pressure she used was perfect too. I will definitely book in for another soon as I have loved feeling like I’m floating through air post treatment!

I had an amazing experience at Pretty And Polished. Katie was so warm and welcoming from start to end. I was a bit nervous as I’m a nail biter which is quite embarrassing but Katie never made me feel uncomfortable or like I was a nightmare client with hard to work with nails, she was so gentle throughout the whole process and done such an amazing job with my nails. I absolutely love the finished results and the service that Katie provided. I’ll definitely be recommending Pretty and Polished, and will go back again.
