I have been a client here for many years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The customer service, attention to detail with ALL treatments is second to none. I also love the products they use, not to mention the beautiful new space they have now in Islington! Sam is my amazing therapist. So caring, kind and knowledgeable in everything skin! It sounds funny to say I’m so grateful for a service that hurts like hell.. but I am! Electrolysis is so underrated as a hair removal option - and I wouldn’t trust anyone but Jodie to do it for me. She’s gentle, efficient and really good at what she does. It’s been an absolute game changer to have this *permanent* hair removal option available in the heart of newcastle!

Ebony listen to everything I needed and wanted for my hair and done a wonderful job. Sally knew exactly what I needed for my waxing and eyebrow shape. I will be back and would highly recommend them.

Solara was such a perfect mix of knowledgeable, helpful, caring and genuine. I learnt so much about skin without feeling like I was being preached at. The space is really calming and warm and I was instantly relaxed when walking in from the busy city street. I had a facial this visit but can’t wait to go back again for more. My skin feels really hydrated and nourished. It was easy to get to as well with a car park nearby behind the TAFE, or it’s right near the tram stop. Thank you Solara <3
