Dana is the BEST IN THE BIZ! I literally fly interstate to see her. Booking in for a brow lami with her is the first thing I do whenever I plan a trip home to Newcastle. She gives a heavenly head massage and is extremely professional. Dana possesses the unique skill of knowing how to read a client as well (when to be chatty / when I need to relax) I wish she lived in Melbourne!!! The atmosphere is welcoming — cozy, clean, and so relaxing. I had an acne facial treatment and a hot stone massage, and both were absolutely wonderful. Zoe was so thorough and gentle throughout the entire facial. The hot stone massage was also incredible — just the right amount of pressure and you can really tell how skilled she is. Ivy was also very kind and gave me a helpful skin consultation, which I really appreciated. I also got builder gel nails with a pink cat-eye design, and they turned out so beautiful! Everything from start to finish was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back :)

Absolutely love this place my best salon ever in Newcastle. This wasn’t my first visit, and every time I come in for eyebrow threading, I leave completely satisfied. The staff are always welcoming, professional, and incredibly skilled. The threading is quick, precise, and nearly painless, and my brows always come out looking perfect. The salon is clean, calming, and has a lovely atmosphere. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality beauty services in Newcastle.

It sounds funny to say I’m so grateful for a service that hurts like hell.. but I am! Electrolysis is so underrated as a hair removal option - and I wouldn’t trust anyone but Jodie to do it for me. She’s gentle, efficient and really good at what she does. It’s been an absolute game changer to have this *permanent* hair removal option available in the heart of newcastle!

I had a facial & sound healing. The facial was absolutely beautiful & my skin looks & feels amazing. The sound healing was incredible. Sarah worked on my right hip & shoulder pain that I have due to bursitis. I have had this for over 12 months & it has recently worsened. Quite a few realisations happened & I received a message from my mum. I currently have no pain in my hip or shoulder. Today was a gift to myself for my birthday & it is truly the best gift I could have given myself. I am looking forward to visiting Sarah again.
