It sounds funny to say I’m so grateful for a service that hurts like hell.. but I am! Electrolysis is so underrated as a hair removal option - and I wouldn’t trust anyone but Jodie to do it for me. She’s gentle, efficient and really good at what she does. It’s been an absolute game changer to have this *permanent* hair removal option available in the heart of newcastle!

Ive just moved to Newcastle area and I believe I just found a gem here. What a lovely experience, friendly welcoming team. Ebony listen to everything I needed and wanted for my hair and done a wonderful job. Sally knew exactly what I needed for my waxing and eyebrow shape. I will be back and would highly recommend them.

I had the beautiful slow ritual Facial and massage with Emma and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. From start to finish, I felt completely comfortable and relaxed. She was incredibly knowledgeable about skincare, taking the time to explain everything and tailor the treatment to my skin’s needs. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and very relaxed . Can’t wait for my next one !! Highly recommend!
