From the moment Roberta opened the door she was welcoming and happy. She spoke to me about my skin and it was dry as anything. She spoke about the products to use on it, and told me when things may be a bit cold. My face feels gorgeous. She gave me a little goodie bag as I left samples, a fruity tea and a little sticker. Omg I needed that pamper! I’ve only ever had a couple of facials before today, and not the best experiences. But, I loved the facial! Roberta is so lovely, and her space is so cosy! If I wasn’t yapping so much I’d probably have fallen asleep! I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

I had the most relaxing facial with Roberta. The treatment was so calming and my skin felt incredible afterwards – really hydrated, smooth and glowing. She created such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere and explained everything she was doing which made the whole experience really calming.
