From the moment Roberta opened the door she was welcoming and happy. She spoke to me about my skin and it was dry as anything. She spoke about the products to use on it, and told me when things may be a bit cold. My face feels gorgeous. She gave me a little goodie bag as I left samples, a fruity tea and a little sticker.
