My last Brazilian was at a different salon and it was painful asf, so I was honestly a bit scared to come here for the first time—but Nav was absolutely amazing. She made the whole process so smooth and the pain was very bearable. She was gentle, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. And the best part? Finishing off with a relaxing foot massage—such a perfect touch! Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend the salon, and especially Nav—definitely the best wax tech ever!

After getting my brows done and purchasing some of Reet’s gorgeous jewelry last week, I couldn’t resist returning this week for a full wax—arms, legs, underarms, and Brazilian. The process was quick, comfortable, and her skill is unmatched. I even ended up buying her amazing face and body scrubs. The atmosphere & service was AMAZING! I'd definitely come to this place especially if, you live in Papakura. P.S Do your research when wanting services. Nothing to do with the store or quality. I had found myself not liking the lash tint (personal preference) as it made me like panda eyed. Didn't suit me!

Amazing service! I got my brows done by Leng a few years ago and loved them so much that I decided to return for another brow service before my own wedding. The session began with Leng carefully measuring my natural brow shape, walking me through every step of the way and making sure I feel very comfortable. At the end of the session, Leng showed me the mirror and I absolutely loved my brows. They look natural, clean and perfectly complement my face shape. I highly recommend Leng and can’t wait for my next session at her cute home salon!

Excellent little beauty salon in Papakura down the arcade next to Ronnie's Cafe. Great value body waxing deals here highly recommended.

I had a lash lift and brow wax done by Leng and I loved how my short straight Asian lashes were transformed. I decided to get the lift just before I went on holiday and I'm so glad because it meant I didn't need to pack my lash curler! The atmosphere is very relaxing and one of my favourite parts is the soothing warm towel over the eyes. I would highly recommend Leng to anyone looking for a little pamper session or in preparation for an important event.

I went in for eyebrow threading and upper lip service, and I had a great experience. Bandana did an excellent job — she was professional, gentle, and very attentive to detail. The service was clean, quick, and exactly how I wanted it. I’m very happy with the results and truly appreciate her skill and friendly nature. Highly recommend booking with Bandana!

Had a great experience here with Madhu today. Only went in for a haircut but ended up having my roots done and a facial!! Madhu listened to what I was saying when I described what I wanted and understood the problem with my thick hair. Very satisfied with both my colour and haircut. Thank you so much. Amazing experience! I had my brows shaped and tinted and a lash tint and lift and am so happy with them! Leng was so professional and friendly and put me right at ease. Being pregnant i wasn't sure i would be comfortable for that length of time and i have found lash lifts painful elsewhere, but Leng went to extra lengths to ensure my comfort, and i almost drifted off during the process i was so relaxed! Also side note: she did the gentlest wax i have ever had! Super happy with the results! I will forevermore be coming to you for my lashes!
