Here's my honest review. Rate hair Keratin as 10/10 I rate full face wax 4/10 Thanks so much Shimpi for my hair keratin,no issues at all,i'm so happy with my hair. For wax-there were still some hairs remaining at my chin and some parts of my face.The wax made my face itchy and pimples worsened. Thanks Shimpi for being honest with your job.I mean,eventhou I realized I have paid $200 for my hair before but your leader made you charging me for $250 when I said $250.thats why I fight for discount.I paid $285 but supposed to pay $255. Hopefully Shimpi gets her $30 tip from me from $285 I paid

I had such a great experience at the salon! My last Brazilian was at a different salon and it was painful asf, so I was honestly a bit scared to come here for the first time—but Nav was absolutely amazing. She made the whole process so smooth and the pain was very bearable. She was gentle, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. And the best part? Finishing off with a relaxing foot massage—such a perfect touch! Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend the salon, and especially Nav—definitely the best wax tech ever!

Felt so comfortable explaining the type of haircut I wanted for my son. He looked so handsome afterwards and I was so happy with how it turned out. She also did my hair cut too I wanted layers (face frame) and she trimmed the dry & dead ends of my hair. Price was very affordable too. Felt welcomed and comfortable

A warm and inviting atmosphere with an excellent team. Extremely happy that my brows were shaped correctly and first time getting henna tint which I love. The most amazing lash lift you’ll ever get!! I travel 40 minutes across Auckland just to get Lengs lift. Love love love !!

Was very good as always. First time trying their massage was good, my body was very stiff and sore but at the end I feel great so I re-booked me another appointment next week. Thank you! I did full legs waxing, eye brow, upper lip and massage, end results was amazing and I loved it better yet price was very affordable..🥰

Did eyebrow threading with Monica. First time here and very satisfied with the results. She'd also applied the brow cream, which I have never had before. Amazing experience. Will return again if I'm travelling to Auckland again.

Amazing service! I got my brows done by Leng a few years ago and loved them so much that I decided to return for another brow service before my own wedding. The session began with Leng carefully measuring my natural brow shape, walking me through every step of the way and making sure I feel very comfortable. At the end of the session, Leng showed me the mirror and I absolutely loved my brows. They look natural, clean and perfectly complement my face shape. I highly recommend Leng and can’t wait for my next session at her cute home salon!

My facial with Kulwinder was amazing and very relaxing. My skin looked incredible afterwards. The place is clean and professional.

My new to go place for regrowth, facial cleanser and hair trims. Ladies here are very lovely ladies and good at wat they do. My 2nd visit and will be regular visits for my hair and face.

I had a lash lift and brow wax done by Leng and I loved how my short straight Asian lashes were transformed. I decided to get the lift just before I went on holiday and I'm so glad because it meant I didn't need to pack my lash curler! The atmosphere is very relaxing and one of my favourite parts is the soothing warm towel over the eyes. I would highly recommend Leng to anyone looking for a little pamper session or in preparation for an important event.
