Reet is very friendly and professional, and captured what I was looking for , it felt so light like I wasn’t wearing any makeup yet gave great coverage. My makeup looked great all night long with hardly a touchup I couldn’t have been happier with the results , she is so talented at her craft and you can tell she really loves what she does. Had a great experience here with Madhu today. Only went in for a haircut but ended up having my roots done and a facial!! Madhu listened to what I was saying when I described what I wanted and understood the problem with my thick hair. Very satisfied with both my colour and haircut. Thank you so much. I don't know the name of the lady who did my facial but thank you to her also as it was amazing.

The atmosphere & service was AMAZING! I'd definitely come to this place especially if, you live in Papakura. P.S Do your research when wanting services. Nothing to do with the store or quality. I had found myself not liking the lash tint (personal preference) as it made me like panda eyed. Didn't suit me!

My last Brazilian was at a different salon and it was painful asf, so I was honestly a bit scared to come here for the first time—but Nav was absolutely amazing. She made the whole process so smooth and the pain was very bearable. She was gentle, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. And the best part? Finishing off with a relaxing foot massage—such a perfect touch! Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend the salon, and especially Nav—definitely the best wax tech ever!

I got my eyebrows threaded and Harry did an amazing job. She's a pro. Understood my needs and gave my eyebrows the shape I was after. I also got my root touch up done there. Love my hair color and the service was provided by Harry was once again very professional and neat.

It was my first time here, and they definitely didn’t disappoint. I had brow lamination, tinting, and shaping done, and Meenakshi really took the time to listen to what I wanted. After getting my brows done and purchasing some of Reet’s gorgeous jewelry last week, I couldn’t resist returning this week for a full wax—arms, legs, underarms, and Brazilian. The process was quick, comfortable, and her skill is unmatched. I even ended up buying her amazing face and body scrubs.
