Sian always makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable, which is no small thing when you’re having an intimate wax,full leg wax and under arm .She’s so friendly and easy to chat to, which instantly puts you at ease. Her professionalism really stands out — everything is done with care and attention to detail, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ experience. Sian is extremely lovely. She is very pleasant to talk to, has great knowledge and is very gentle and kind. Her new location is very clean and well set up. Always a pleasure to get a service done by her, regardless if it is waxing, massage or facial.
