Sian always makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable, which is no small thing when you’re having an intimate wax,full leg wax and under arm .She’s so friendly and easy to chat to, which instantly puts you at ease. Her professionalism really stands out — everything is done with care and attention to detail, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ experience. Wow !! I have never had a facial quite like the one I had today. It started with a consultation and professional advice. Then I was made comfortable in a clean warm room. Following a deep cleanse a mask was appied and shoulder, neck and arm massage. It was very relaxing. The light mask was a new experience for me but it felt good and therapeutic. Overall is was a 5* treatment and I felt great afterwards and left with a spring in my step and glowing skin.
