She has been doing my manicures and pedicures for many years and I always enjoy the pampering I receive. I can also recommend the various massages on offer which are just so relaxing. Rachel was lovely and friendly and it was a lovely massage. The only thing stopping me giving 5 stars was unfortunately the shared studio is so noisy, it was very distracting I could not fully switch off and enjoy. On the outside of the door I noticed a “quiet treatment in progress” type of sign but it seems the people she shares the studio with don’t respect this. Talking loudly, laughing, making teas etc. May just be thin walls. It’s not Rachel’s fault so I feel bad but I have to be honest. I would visit Rachel again hopefully at a quieter time of day.
