Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

I loved how Ru managed to do my hollywood waxing. It was painless and she made sure I was at ease. She explained everything she did. She is very friendly, chatty and professional at the same. Will definitely come back. Xx

I had a new hydro facial today with Katie after a friend recommended her to me. I rarely have facials as I don’t like being faffed with (don’t judge me!) This was a perfect 30 minute acid serum treatment for my 57 year old face which can be a course of 3 or 6. I’ve already booked in for another two so far. Absolutely brilliant facial treatment from Katie, who clearly knows her stuff and is very professional and also very friendly. A great little find in my opinion, I most definitely recommend this lovely independent salon

Great service would recommend to everyone. I jhad my eyebrows, lip & chin done, a Pedicure and Manicure I was so chilled out I was falling asleep as she was doing my eyebrows. Wow

I've seen Katy before for a facial and today was my 1st full body massage. Katy is such a good listener as I had a few medical issues causing me tension and pain. She designed a massage specifically fory situation. I felt totally comfortable especially being my 1st time. My shoulders, neck and feet felt like they were floating after! The room is lovely, calming, smells lovely. I 100% recommend Katy and Awaken Face and body care xx

Fantastic facials as always by Katie, she’s good at her craft! I only have the half an hour gel mask facial as I’m not fond of being faffed with for any longer! Katie gauges the mood, and sometimes in quiet moments personally is an absolute.y relaxing lovely facial with lovely smelling products and a great touch from Katie. I highly recommend her.

Another fabulous treatment from Caroline. Never realise how much tension I am holding until I have facial and after an hour of pampering I feel much more relaxed. Skin feels plump and fabulous and alongside an eyebrow wax and tint, I look much more human! Thank you so much Caroline

Ru is so good. Just had a Facial and her hands feel so kind, and really relaxing. The masks were really relaxing. The salon is lovely, calm, pretty, peaceful and I love that it's in the 315 building so free easy access parking, also child spaces and disabled parking and a lovely healthy environment. I've also had the best Indian head massage here I've ever had! Floating afterwards xx

Today I was attended to by Ru.I went in for a Hollywood wax she made the experience really comfortable.She was really nice ,chatty,attentive and the treatment had very minimal pain.Great service wouldn’t go to anyone else!
