Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

Jade did my eyebrows and lashes for my up coming wedding she’s amazing at her craft, very genuine down to earth. With each appointment she’s made me feel really relaxed and presented me with different avenues that we could to go down with my lashes she’s very informative as well all around an excellent experience highly recommended *5.

My experience at Prestige was good. I was very pleased with the result of my hair done by the stylist. I did however feel somewhat uncertain at times that the outcome would be successful. This was because of the uncertainty with the bleach’s ability to lift my pre-dyed hair. I felt that I was in good hands. I think what would have improved my experience would have been a straw for my drink for ease of drinking while having your hair done. I think the curly hair product range should be improved, also. Otherwise I was pleased. I would return in future. Thank you.

The best of blow drys done by the friendliest of stylists, I can't recommend her enough, she managed to curl my hair just how I wanted (no where else other than my regular hair dresser manages this) and even though I'm far too old for it I really wanted to be joining her in Liverpool as I imagine it would have been a fab night out.

Wow! What a totally different experience for me. Lymphatic drainage massage. It was slow, gentle and incredibly relaxing. I think I fell asleep. The effects a long lasting and slow to develop over the next few days.
