Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

My daughter just had her full legs, the bikini area, and under arm waxed. Ru was gentle, caring, and exceptional at putting her at ease, making her first time a good one, and not at all scary. Lovely relaxing treatment. Caroline is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a full body lymphatic drainage massage for the first time, after experiencing some swelling in my legs & feet.
