Polished, Ashtead are fabulous. They treat nails (and clients) with utmost respect, their products are first class, as are their treatments. Lucy is great and my nails are a talking point - whether I am teaching or working in sales - Lucy deserves the credit for this, not me! If you want your nails to look amazing and want to feel good, Polished is the place to visit. Excellent service, fantastic treatments and affordable prices. Sam is fabulous! Upon arriving at the treatment rooms, Sam took time to understand what I was looking for in terms of my skin (I had booked a facial) and then advised me on the best treatments for me. I had dermaplaning, milia treatment, eyebrow wax and tint and a million dollar facial. Sam uses top quality products and the treatments are top quality too. My skin looks and feels so much better and I feel like a new woman! I will now be returning regularly to incorporate Sam’s expertise into my regular skin routine. I can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this treasure in Bookham!

I recently had the Million Dollar Facial with Joanne and I can highly recommend it! She explained every step throughout the treatment and made sure I was comfortable, especially during the microneedling. I’m looking forward to seeing the results develop over the next few days!

Amazing facial, so relaxing and feel excellent afterwards . Products felt great on my skin too!

Had the most amazing headspa and facial with Lucy. The place is so cosy and you feel so relaxed as soon as you step in. My hair and scalp feel so clean and soft after and always feel the benefits for a while after. It is such a lovely treatment and Lucy is the absolute best would 100% recommend!
