Amazing service again from Freya! I was undecided on what I wanted on my nails and Freya was so patient and came up with a great idea exactly what I wanted. Thankyou Freya i love my nails. Also had a waxing service, I was a bit nervous and Freya was so professional talking me through each stage and giving me time. Can’t wait to go back again.

Just home from a brilliant and pain free waxing appointment! Van made me feel very at ease and relaxed and we had a lovely time chatting during the appointment! Van was very thorough and professional from start to finish but also accommodated a last minute request to add to my appointment too which was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Van again, I just wish I had found her sooner!

Sam is fabulous! Upon arriving at the treatment rooms, Sam took time to understand what I was looking for in terms of my skin (I had booked a facial) and then advised me on the best treatments for me. I had dermaplaning, milia treatment, eyebrow wax and tint and a million dollar facial. Sam uses top quality products and the treatments are top quality too. My skin looks and feels so much better and I feel like a new woman! I will now be returning regularly to incorporate Sam’s expertise into my regular skin routine. I can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this treasure in Bookham!

Polished, Ashtead are fabulous. They treat nails (and clients) with utmost respect, their products are first class, as are their treatments. Lucy is great and my nails are a talking point - whether I am teaching or working in sales - Lucy deserves the credit for this, not me! If you want your nails to look amazing and want to feel good, Polished is the place to visit. Excellent service, fantastic treatments and affordable prices. Fatima is absolutely amazing ! She has “MAGIC” in her hands !! :-) I simply love her and her fantastic team. Shout out to Irene as well who gives the best facial and massage ! The place has a very positive and cheerful atmosphere, a reflection on the people there. I always leave Fatima boutique feeling relaxed, happy and Ofcourse looking fabulous !

Had the most incredible experience with my wax! Lucy put me at ease & explained everything as we went through - especially as my bikini wax was the first time! It was professional, pain free and the care before and after was really well explained and treated. This will definitely be a regular monthly appointment for me with Lucy now - felt so comfortable & will be looking at all the other wonderful restatements she offers too - thank you so much!

Nice relaxing facial and great jaw massage. To make their experience even better, it would have been nice to have a head massage and for the treatment to last the full 60 minutes. I was in and out of the salon in under 50 minutes but had booked a 60 minute facial. A head massage with the extra 10 minutes would have been fab, but the time I had was lovely 😊
