Polished, Ashtead are fabulous. They treat nails (and clients) with utmost respect, their products are first class, as are their treatments. Lucy is great and my nails are a talking point - whether I am teaching or working in sales - Lucy deserves the credit for this, not me! If you want your nails to look amazing and want to feel good, Polished is the place to visit. Excellent service, fantastic treatments and affordable prices. I had the Rose Quartz Glow Head Spa treatment with Samantha and it was absolutely lovely. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and my scalp felt so calm and refreshed afterwards. Samantha was great! very gentle, professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout. I left feeling relaxed, pampered and well looked after. I would definitely recommend and would happily book again.

Had the most amazing headspa and facial with Lucy. The place is so cosy and you feel so relaxed as soon as you step in. My hair and scalp feel so clean and soft after and always feel the benefits for a while after. It is such a lovely treatment and Lucy is the absolute best would 100% recommend!
