As a first-time wax client, it can be a very daunting experience undergoing a service which can make you feel very vulnerable. Sharmi was absolutely stellar! She is well-versed in all skin types which is evident by the kind manner in which she answers questions. Not only was she incredibly professional, she took the time before the appointment to explain the process step by step and afterwards she provided useful advice for effective maintenance. Staff were amazing! From the moment I walked in, everyone's was friendly, professional and quick! The vibes in the salon are very "Women's Power" vibe which was beautiful and welcoming. When getting the actual wax done, the waxer made sure I was well engaged in conversation to ignore the pain- (or in the case, lack there of!!!) this was my first treatment where it was completely painless. I have found my waxing place. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Thank you for the amazing work you did! See you in 4-6 weeks! ♥️
