Samantha is the owner of Sugr Sugr. I visited her today at the Merivale location for a full Brazilian sugar wax, and she was great. My first visit was a great experience, but it was my first time, so it did hurt a bit. However, I had an acceptable pain tolerance during the service. With the mask on afterward, it had a cooling sensation, which felt nice. She is nice, kind, and caring towards her clients (e.g., asking me if I am doing okay during and after the service). I will come back to see her for her waxing or sugar services at either this location or her Westboro location.

Omg. I just had the most incredible dermiplaning facial. I feel like I have a whole new face. Briar is phenomenal. I felt pampered and well taken care of, comfortable, and refreshed. When I went for my waxing appointment I was nicely greeted when I came in. The big room is bright and clean and mainly there is not a bad strong smell of nail polish! The small room where I received my service was very clean and comfortable. Lily was professional, respectful, agreeable and very pleasant. She made sure that I was comfortable during the service. Indeed a very positive experience. I will definitely go back and try other services offered at that location.

Eddy and Diana gave wonderful service. My skin was shiny and clean after my lovely facial and the massage and thoroughness of my nail treatments were wonderful.

The service was excellent. Diane was very courteous, respectful and very professional. The area is clean and all covid measures are respected. We gave it four stars because the appointment did not start on time. We will continue to visit Angel Beauty Nails Spa for waxing services.
