I have very sensitive skin and my skin didn't have any reactions to their products and my skin felt nice, smooth and soft after my waxing appointment. I loved how I was walked through each step and products/steps were checked with me first. They also use wax specifically designed for sensitive areas which is a must for me.

The lovely lady took time to treat my nails, however I felt the massage component lacked a little. I booked for a pedicure and thought I'd get the foot treatment and massage, (that I've had on other occasions) however I didn't get it this time? I did ask them lady if she had time to do a manicure, even though I hadn't booked that as well, and she said, we'd see if we had time. She did do the manicure, which I appreciated, however, no massage again. I was asked what colour I wanted on my (hand) nails, and I said pink, and the lady chose for me, not the usual option of me choosing from a wall

I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment on Wednesday afternoon. Simran welcomed me in with a friendly smile. Simran is truly Great! She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I was pretty impressed with the final result.
