WOW! Joanna is amazing. From the very start she was very warm, kind and just easy going. The whole set up was quick and professional and she listened as what i was looking for. We had a great chat whilst she was doing her magic. Which is exactly what she created. The end result had me speechless, honestly the best brows and eyelashes, was 1000x better than anything i could have imagined. Joanna is very skillful and knowledgable. Im a lifer! It was absolutely amazing the staff are lovely made me feel so welcome and I’m a nervous person all the time and they made me feel at ease and I enjoyed every moment of it! Had my hair done nano rings perfect match and eyelashes which I’ve never had before they are absolutely lovely! Can’t wait to go back ❤️❤️

Been here before for LVL and tint, so thought I’d try them for PDO’s. I have had PDO’s elsewhere previously and they were really painful even though they injected lidocaine and I had really bad bruise and two holes in my eyebrows. Those PDO’s were cogs ones and did t work for me. Came here the felt them (even though I have thick skin lol 😜). No swelling no bruising and they feel amazing. Lucy is not only lovely and welcoming, but very knowledgeable about all the products she uses and chose a bespoke collection for my skin type and all my concerns. She talked me through everything before she began my facial, and during, as I asked her to do this. I felt very at ease with her, and the whole appointment from start to finish was amazing. We both giggled at my big, relaxed yawns when she had finished. I booked my next facial there and then, and i left feeling amazingly relaxed and my skin is glowing!
