Ana is wonderful. She takes so much care and time to do my eyelash extensions. She is a perfectionist. I feel very comfortable there and always leave with a perfect set of eyelashes, knowing that Ana will fix anything if i do have a problem.

I am so so happy to have started getting my lashes done at Lasharchitectartistry!! I’ve always had issues with my eyes reacting to my lash extensions and Emily took the time to hear my concerns and address them. She was very willing to help me figure out why my eyes were reacting by trialing and error different things! She also always made sure I was comfortable while getting the service done including the application of the lash extensions and being comfortable while laying on the bed. A very cute studio and I would recommend to anyone looking to get their lashes done!

Trichelle from Diveyen Lash is so talented and her lash sets always have such amazing retention! I’ve been going to her for a couple years now because she just always hits the mark with the lash sets I want and will ask the right questions to make sure she understands. I always get a lot of compliments on my lashes when I’ve had them done by her. She’s also so sweet and easy to talk to, I highly recommend her!

I had an appointment with Lynn and I liked that she took her time with me and was compassionate. I will be going back again to be pampered. I did have a lash curl and I guess I had high expectations and my lashes were not enough to get a decent curl. Lynn did say it looked a bit different and mascara will show the curl. I went in with the thought that it would show a but more and would not require mascara. I'm sure she did her best and perhaps I'll have a different method next time. Otherwise she has done a wonderful job and took her time with me.

My experience at Suite Thirteen Hair Design continues to be positive. The salon is clean and well organized, the location is central and there is good parking. My daughter and I are clients of Ying Tan. Ying is an expert in colouring and cutting. My daughter lives in Rome, Italy. Before coming to Ottawa she makes an appointment with Ying for a colour and cut. I live in Ottawa and see Ying every six weeks. Ying is a careful listener to our needs and my daughter and I have always been really happy with the results. We both highly recommend her.

Ying did an incredible job correcting my hair from fresh box dye back to a beautiful light brown with a full head of highlights—all in one day and with minimal damage. She was so kind, patient, and never once made me feel bad about the situation. She truly made the most of my time, went above and beyond, and even recommended great products to help maintain the results. I left feeling so much more confident. Highly recommend her!
