It was my first time at this salon as I live in the east end of Ottawa and stubbled across this salon by chance. The staff were nothing short of excellent and were very professional. The attention to detail was fantastic, the women would not let anything short of perfect pass. I had received a mani/pedi as well as a waxing service during my visit and the level of skill exuded by each technician was remarkable. I will absolutely be making the trip across the city to visit this salon from now on, this was the first time in ages I had been in awe at my nails!

I had the most amazing experience with Cathy for my Korean lash lift and tint! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The results are absolutely beautiful — my lashes look longer, darker, and perfectly lifted without feeling overdone. Cathy is meticulous and clearly takes pride in her work. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes. Highly recommend — 5 stars all the way! ✨

Experience was overall really good. My daughter and I booked for mani/pedi and a full set of acrylics. 4 stars because my daughter had to wait 40 mins after the start time of her appointment because it was so busy. She finally got a technician when I was finishing up my pedi. Other than that no complaints!

Fika is amazing!! The owners incredibly gracious and kind and have created a warm, engaging and CoVid friendly environment. I’ve had my hair and extensions coloured and cut, and I’ve had a dip mani, regular mani and full shellac pedicure too - best I’ve ever had!! Can’t recommend them more highly :)

Fika Beauty is a must-visit! The salon is adorable and spotless, giving off an empowering vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly, cheering each other on and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Tatyana did an amazing job with my full foiling session and haircut. I showed her some inspiration pictures, and she nailed it!
