Highly recommended if you’re in Rochester! So happy I found Koko lounge. Super professional, makes you feel at ease and I was very impressed by the results! My first visit to Hannah. My first impression was how beautiful you can make a small space. Looks very high end, and smelt amazing. All question and concerns answered pre and post treatment. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend, and already book in again xx

In my experience it's very hard to find someone who is hygienic, friendly, professional & well priced, so, like a good hairdresser when you find one that ticks all those boxes...you hang onto them! Incredible experience with Hannah! She will now be my new regular waxer as she is the most sanitary provider I have found. Wonderful service and made me feel so comfortable.

Beth is absolutely incredible!
