Always 100/10, exceptional service. I tried something new today (eyebrow tinting) and she was not shy about setting my expectations - and I'm glad she did! What a difference. We found out the hard way that my eyebrows are a little special but she did everything within her power to make it work. This girl will go above and beyond. If she can't do it, no one can. Fatima took the time to listen to what I wanted and the cut and highlights turned out great. The colour was lighter than I expected but I was still pleasantly pleased. Also, she doesn’t yap the entire time which some people may like but I prefer minimal conversation which she respected.

I’ve been going to Victoria for my lashes for over 5 years and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. She always keeps them looking natural and just right, and she’s taught me how to take care of them so they actually last. I get compliments on my lashes all the time! Her space is also clean and beautiful, which makes every appointment so comfortable. Highly recommend!
