Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

I got a brow lamination and the girl who did them did a great job! My only minor critique would be that my brows were waxed a little bit too far apart in the middle for my liking, but otherwise all good! She was very gentle and took her time to make sure they looked perfect. I will always come back to Elva for their services and great prices & offers!

In addition to maintaining the health of my skin, Jake has adeptly treated skin discolouration resulting from abrasions due to a cycling accident. The salon is welcoming, immaculate and serene.
