Truly amazing experience. I’ve never had either of these beauty procedures done. I was made to feel comfortable with the process each step of the way. The atmosphere was very clean, pleasant, bright and welcoming. Of course Alisha was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only was she teaching her new apprentice but she made it a learning experience for me as well. The end result was exactly how I do my own eyebrow makeup, only this will last 4-6 weeks…and my little bitty unruly eyelashes are actually noticeable. Loved my relaxation time while getting pampered.

This was my first time visiting Royal Nails and it was a fantastic experience. I came with my mother in law, she had a pedi and mani. She did shellac pedi and tried out the cats eye polish and is in love with it. She's the type of lady who always gets the same color every time, red with sparkles. I got a French pedi and a new set of solar gel nails with design and they absolutely nailed it! No pun intended! It was exactly like the picture which I know doesn't always go that way. I was booked in for a color tattoo touch up. Alisha is a true professional, ensuring my comfort level was ok, her “Shop” is beautiful and well lit. My tattoo came out so bright and vibrant.

The salon didn't have my nail color or anything remotely close to it so I had to go with a different color that I don't really care for. Otherwise everything else was fantastic. The staff are amazing and my nail shape is lovely.

Loved my nails and eyebrows. Booked to have eyebrows and eyelashes done at same time but couldn't have it done. It was a booked appointment & not a walk-in so this shouldn't of been an issue.

Alisha is accommodating and compassionate. The only person id trust to laser any hair odd my body, because I can trust that her shop os clean, her tools are in top shape, she maintains her equipment and uses trauma informed care to let you know what's coming next. I booked a second appointment after a very pleasant first facial. Julie is Johanna's colleague and her professionalism and care are just as excellent as Johanna's. I had another amazing facial and an eyelish lift and tint. Meanwhile, Johanna advised on me on some personal care. Again, do not hesitate to book an appointment here. Professional, clean, well-equipped, kind and attentive.

Classic facial was so relaxing. My skin looks and feels amazing. The extra attention for the scalp massage and neck and shoulders massage added to the experience.It is so great and I look forward to my next session.
