Incredible eyebrow threading, best ever and I have done threading for years at many highly rated places. This salon is really one in a million. Was booked in for balayage and haircut with the lovely Kerys and whilst there - Martyna managed to squeeze me in to fix a broken nail, Mandeep got me in for some threading and the gorgeous manager Georgie offered a complimentary trim for my baby’s hair. When my little girl was brought in by Dad, she wasn’t in the mood but the girls went above and beyond to make her smile - she even got some chocolate cake and a sticker! This salon can’t do enough for their customers and that shines through in all of them :) well done to all the team at Gracie B xx

Fran is amazing! I’ve followed her for 9 years which says a lot. Her massages are incredible and she is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to eyebrow threading and intimate waxing. Highly recommend

As always I received a warm welcome and because I have been a few times and have a bad shoulder the chair was already prepped with a cushion to ease my shoulder. I had my normal eyebrow tint and threading and this time opted for lash tint as well, black/blue was recommended by the owner and I absolutely love it! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Very friendly and welcoming

Fran is incredible. I had attempted to have a lash lift and despite a patch test I felt a bit too stingy to continue. Fran quickly removed it and suggested a lash tint instead after making sure my eyes were fine. She is so calm and caring. My wax and threading are always amazing! x

I have known Sandeep since 15 years , I would never go to any other therapist other than her she is a perfectionist be it lashes eyebrows waxing threading or any of the treatments she has. My mother in law who comes from India would go to no one else other than her. I could go on about her expertise. But I would rather suggest you need to experience it for yourself.
