After 3 years of living in Edinburgh and trying different places I am so glad I found VelvetBrows! I always used to end up with thin eyebrows after threading which I always told any beautician I don’t want before starting, however Zivile really listens and she’s done a tremendous job in shaping my eyebrows (threading only) without thinning them. She is very professional and very passionate about what she does, I would strongly recommend Velvet Brows! Now I need to look no further as I’ll always come back here

After 15 years living in Edinburgh I finally found a place where I can truly take care of my skin and body. I always feel welcomed here—the beauticians are kind, attentive, and highly professional. Weronika, the owner, is amazing: skilled, knowledgeable, and honestly a total badass 😎❤️. This time I had waxing, eyebrow shaping, and a vacuum massage. Everything was done with top-level professionalism, and I even received a little Christmas gift, which was such a lovely surprise. I highly recommend this place. Merry Christmas! 🎁🎄

I have been coming to see Denise regularly for the last couple of years (brows +Brazilian) and cannot recommend her more. She makes you feel comfortable, is aware of your skin type and the premises is spotless. I'm moving away from edinburgh and finding someone with the same standards is going to be a tall order!

Kym was so lovely and welcoming. I was late and she was more than accommodating. I’m new to Edinburgh and so went in blind but couldn’t have picked a better hairdresser! I have been to Shaz a few times now for eyebrow/eyelash tints, eyebrows, lip, chin threading. She is great at what she does and puts you at ease. Always very relaxing. People always comment how lovely eyebrows/lashes look afterwards. Would definitely recommend
